Minor Changes Make a Major Difference to a NW Victorian

The street facade is amazing on this Victorian house in the Alphabet District but the back could use a little attention.  The primary goal is to convert the basement to living space but we also looked at revamping the kitchen and back porch just a little to help make the main floor space function a little better and also open up more to the backyard.
